At the last blogathon I brought up the idea of monthly twitter chats to keep connected in between blogathons and make new blogging friends all while having fun and learning/discussing about blogging and social media type topics.
I added a page to the blog with all the information on the twitter chats, what they are, how they work and when they are.
You don’t have to have participated in the blogathon to join us at the chats, it’s open to anyone!
Our theme for February is Balance. We will be discussing balancing our blogging work with the rest of our lives. Whether you have perfected that balance or are as far from it as possible, we’d love to have you join us.
Whether you will be joining us or not, I’d love to know…

My name is Kathleen Garber and I love blogging and social media. I've been blogging on and off since 2003 and this blog is just one of many that I run.

YES!!! Blogging is a passion with me and it can occupy all of my thought time if I let it!
This is a great idea! I would love to be involved and find out more

This sounds like a great idea. I (like so many others) have sooo many things on my plate that this is a discussion I could use.
You know, maybe it's because I have one child and an independent one at that I find the balance really easy. I spend an amount per day online but my son is always with me and we're always in the same room as we are in an apartment. I don't know…I don't find blog-life that difficult to balance.
How lovely. I would love to join your twitter chats and meet new people. Great idea. :)
Definitely, it's a neverending battle to find the balance but, to me family always comes first. Always.
I love this idea Kathleen! I struggle with balance, I have been blogging for almost 3 years, and just recently went back to work outside of the home, so am struggling with this very thing. How in the world do those that have full-time jobs outside of the home manage to add consistent and valuable content to their blogs? I'd love to know.
